At Mountain to Sea Creations, we believe that everyone deserves a hand painted pottery piece they can be proud of. Our small family of girls are dedicated to making sure we have unique and creative pieces that reflect the beauty and personality of our hometown. My girls and I felt a need in our county for a different type of experience than what was currently offered while spending quality time with people loved.  Our name was inspired by the Mountain to Sea Trail (MST) that runs through our family land as well as our love for the beaches (specifically Holden Beach where we experienced our very own Pottery Painting shop). Our studio is located in the heart of West Jefferson, North Carolina, and we are proud to be part of The Shops at Jefferson Station, an indoor vendor and home of Jimmy and Jean's arcade.
We offer a wide range of reasonably priced, unfinished pieces, catering to all ages and wallets.  Our customers can reserve a time to come in and paint (Paint parties for all occasions can be booked in advance with opportunity to choose larger quantities of an individual piece from a nice selection) or explore the offerings and available hours on our website. We also offer the option for customers to bring their own wine and make it a fun and relaxed experience.

Please note if you choose dinnerware pieces, the final product will need to be fired it in the kiln, but pick-up or shipping options are readily available.
